I need some help!!! WHIR

Im struggling a little bit. My offense carried me to a one point victory this week in a 10 team H2H league, but I lost 12 of the 15 pitching categories.

Here are the categories - R, H, 1B, 2B, 3B, HR, RBI, SB, BB, TB, E, AVG, OBP, SLG, PA, IP, W, L, CG, SHO, SV, H, ER, BB, K, ERA, WHIP, K/BB, K/9, QS

I have some strength in the outfield. Who should I look to trade there? I really like Bay and Abreu this year. They are both in good situations and in contract years. I think that I really need some pitching help. Who should I target?

First off, your pitching will be better than it was this week. Oswalt had a bad week, Jordan Z isn't doing anything, and Lackey is out. Getting Lackey back if he is in form could be the equivalent of pulling a huge trade.

That said..I'd look to move Abreu and maybe go after a Harang, Greinke type player. Better yet, see if the Lincecum owner in your league is in panic mode and offer that plus a throw in maybe to get it done.

I would try and move Abreu or Granderson possibly for Harden or Burnett, I really like both of these guys this year and just pray w/me that they both stay healthy. Other than that Buehrle should be able to be gotten fairly cheap and he could help u a lot... steady as the day is long and he actually had a decent K total last season. Hope that helps. Gamble on Webb? Bad first game. Possible injury; but will it effect him all year.

I like Greinke idea; maybe Vazquez; Shields; Lester

Those guys mentioned; Webb, Shields and Lester got crushed. But I think they will be legit. And pick any OF you want. I think Hart will be a good replacement for whoever you move. You get one of these guys + Lackey you will be chillin.

You could also consider packaging one of your OF and your least favorite closer (insert Gregg)
