Pitching help sought! WHIR!

I have a problem trying to decide who to start this coming week. I get to start five:

J. Santana - vs. Milwaukee
J. Peavy - @ NY Mets
C. Hamels - @ Washington (until further notice)
R. Harden - vs. Colorado
Z. Greinke - vs. Cleveland, @ Texas ( against Cleveland, but at Texas)
K. Slowey - vs. Toronto, vs. Anaheim
M. Pelfrey - vs. San Diego, vs. Milwaukee
M. Parra - vs. Cincinatti

Being it's a weekly lineup, do you start your two-start pitchers over one start studs, if the matchup is right? Right now, I have Santana and Peavy starting with Hamels and Parra riding the pine. Who would you start between Harden, Greinke, Slowey and Pelfrey? WHIR!!!
