My first year doing a Fantasy Baseball pool. Veterans input

Hey guys, I'm new to Fantasy Baseball. I need something over the summer since football and hockey are very seasonal, and at least with baseball I've got more games going on so I find it way more exciting. Anyways to play it safe I just did a draft on mlb.com in a 10 person league, and here are the results:

Hanley Ramirez SS

Carlos Delgado DH (they call utility hitter)
Nate Mclouth OF
Bobby Abreau OF
Placido Polanco 2B
Troy Glaus 3B (he's on the bench now due to his injury, but figured he's worth keeping for now)
A.J. Pierzynski C
Mark Reynolds 3B (in for Glaus on my weekly lineup)
Toronto Blue Jays P (they do an overall pitching system)

Bench:

Ramon Hernandez C
Conor Jackson 1B, OF, DH
James Loney 1B, DH
Cristian Guzman SS, DH
Chicago White Sox P

I already made a few changes, dropping Placido Polanco and Ramon Hernandez for Jorge Posado and Emilio Bonifacio (since I have hanley should be an explosive duo often).

Glaus is worthless. There has to be better 3b options or you could drop him to open another roster spot. I'd look to add SB and see what you can do with the SP. Halladay will carry the Toronto staff but he may be traded this year as he is in the last year of contract. You also have a lot of bech space, so look to add guys who can fulfill specific cats (i.e. SB, R, BB, triples, etc.).
