Ordonez, Magglio RF CHW
Stewart, Shannon LF MIN
Guillen, Jose RF ANA

Buehrle, Mark SP CHW
Hawkins, LaTroy RP CHC
Hoffman, Trevor RP SD
Miller, Wade SP HOU

Think my only weakness is at RP but the teams in my league are either loaded with closers or have 1 or 2 closer.

There is such a thing called clutch and David Ortiz is the modern day definition of it

I wish I had half the bench space you do...how many keepers out of curiosity?

Your RPs do need work, but there's probably not much you could do right now to get actual closers besides overpay badly. You're proabably better off rolling the dice with the likes of Aquilino Lopez (TOR), Damaso Matre (CWS), Graves/Ryan Wagner (CIN) - in other words, guess on a closer where nothing's settled. If you're right, great! If not, nothing lost.

Hopefully Buehrle regains his form for you.

advice

I'm fairly new as well, but I don't know about Hawkins. As a set-up guy in a league that doesn't count holds, he'll really only contribute significantly in ERA and WHIP, maybe some Ks. But Ks can be made up, and you might be able to find a bargain closer who'll add saves as well as help (or at least not hurt terribly) ERA and WHIP. Looper, Kolb, Wickman (Riske if Wick doesn't do it, I like Riske), guys like that come to mind. Good luck!

Closers went INSANELY early in our draft, most of the 2 tier pitchers were taken before the 6th round and there was no way I was going to take Izzy in the 5th round. But I ended up getting Hawkins in the 18th round so there weren't too many good pitchers left. He'll help out my ERA and WHIP but hopefully he'll get a couple saves here and there, maybe take over the closer role if Borowski collaspes.

We get to keep 7 players for next year, hoping Weeks pans out and Reyes plays a few times at SS and have Weeks and Reyes for next year
