I wouldn't do Pence for Street, Broxton or Capps (or many other closers) for two reasons...
1. It is rarely worth it to trade for closers because cheap saves throughout the course of the year are so abundant. Your patience will be rewarded by picking up a couple of closers from the waiver wire (and when hopefully Devine comes back healthy). For now, you should just punt saves and wait for an opportunity to present itself.
2. Everyone is high on Corey Hart this year, and for good reason. But I think, in his third year, Pence can put up comparable, if not better, numbers than Hart. I say stick with him. He's a 5-cat stud.
But your closer situation does seem dire for the time being. If you're going to do any trade, pick up Broxton and Murphy. I'm not a fan of Capps or Street.
