I'd probably release Maholm. He won't get may wins playing for Pittsburgh.

I'd drop Davies. I don't think you can play pitchers in this range for wins. I think Maholm would keep the lower ERA.
Here are my projections:
Maholm - 4.15 ERA with a 1.35 WHIP
Davies - 5.25 ERA with a 1.60 WHIP
