With Villanueva closing in Milwaukee (looks like it will be a while till Hoffman is back) and Motte losing the closer job and looking awful again tonight (Larussa going to closer by committee), should I be dropping Motte and picking up Villanueva?

I would take Villanueva over Motte. Better value right now till Hoffman gets back, but even then, Hoffman is so old this could be the year he falls off so much in production that he doesn't stick as closer.

With Downs, Balfour, Franklin and Reyes available are any of them a better choice than Villanueva. I have Ziegler and am probably going to start him for now and have one of these guys ride the bench. Who has the better upside/potential (especially in a keeper league)?
