Value wise its good.....but I might try and tinker....phillips is an elite-ish 2B, as is a-rod at third. So - you certainly don't need to do it. If you had a weakness at third - for sure.

Yes, do it. Fast.

The only reason not to do this trade would be if you didn't have a Util spot to put Wright in once A-Rod comes back. Since you do, there's no excuse for not getting a top 5 player.
