I was left with little options at SS during the draft and ended up with Jeter. Marco Scutaro is sitting in the free agent pool and he is more active and has productive in limited duty. He seems to be the Blue Jays starter this year.

Is Scutaro an upgrade over an older Jeter? I think it is crazy to think this; but I kind of like the idea. Any thoughts? Please leave a link and I will help you out. Thanks for looking.

No, I'm not high on Jeter either, but no way does scutaro outproduce Jeter this year.

Trade Jeter and pick up Khalil Greene

I ended up with Jeter in a league or 2 also and wasn't thrilled about it but I do like him over Scutaro

Here is who is sitting in free agency:

Jack Wilson, Marco Scutaro, Christian Guzman (high average, thats it), Yuniesky Betancourt, Yunel Escobar and Jason Bartlett. I think I could trade Jeter for a Chris Young type of pitcher, drop my worst pitcher and pick up one of these guys if there is not too much of a drop off.
