Not a pretty line for Cole Hamels today. I missed all of his pitching, but I heard his velocity was down.

On the flip side, Jason Marquis was very solid. 7 IP, 2 ER, 5 H, 2 BB, 2 K. He also went 2-2 with a double and RBI single. I hope he can keep it up, though I'm not too confident.

I'll be at the game tomorrow night - De La Rosa vs Myers. I'm even less confident in De La Rosa than I was in Marquis before today, and I hope he proves me wrong.

God the top of the Phillies line up has been god awful, or at least the part of it i have has been. On the season, counting today's game, Howard, Rollins, and Victorino are a combined 7/49 with 4 runs and 3 RBIs. Man that's gross.
