Is that the speed of it before or after it went flying off the bat. Sheesh, what an awful line.

How did you end up with those 3? :-?

Your hitting must be pretty lousy if you spent 3 of your top 6 round picks on pitchers, for your sake I hope it's a keeper league...

Aaaaand the parade of suck that is the top of the Phillies order continues. It is NOT a good time to be a Howard, Rollins, Victorino owner. :-{

I watched that video. That baserunner was completely in the base path. No way is that any kind of runner interference.

there is no effing way you can watch this and honestly tell me that you believe that call isn't horrendous

"A batter is out when in running the last half of the distance from home base to first base, while the ball is being fielded to first base, he runs outside (to the right of) the three-foot line, or inside (to the left of) the foul line, and in the umpire's judgment interferes with the fielder taking the throw at first base; except that he may run outside (to the right of) the three-foot line or inside (to the left of) the foul line to avoid a fielder attempting to field a batted ball."

Video shows he's inside the foul line, he's out.

no way did he interfere with howard, the ball was thrown badly and howard basically would have had to reach across the base to foul territory to catch it.

Looks like it's time to move some of them pitchers for some friggin hitters!

I watched that video posted on here, and NO WAY is that interference. He ran straight up the line. With a better angle, you could see the chalk fly up from his cleats every time his foot came down!

Anyways, time for me to move Hamels? I broke my drafting rule for him. 8-o

I guess we can argue whether running through his glove constitutes interference, pretty hard to tell from that angle whether Howard had a chance at it if Fowler was inbetween the three foot and foul line. Hopefully Fowler sticks to the legal basepath from here on out. ;-D
