I'd do this, Joba is going to be the #1 SP in fantasy baseball by the end of year.

Depends on your rotation. If Galarraga is expendable than yes I would make this trade because of Joba's inning limit. They could have similar numbers but barring injury you could get 50 or more IP out of Liriano.
