Out of Morales, Konerko, and Helton; who has the most upside at 1B?

I hate the White Sox, but Pauly is the best of the three, by a healthy margin for this year.

I would agree, but I think Helton could have a very good rebound year. Not the Helton of old, but something in the range of 20 HR and 90 RBI is in reach if he stays healthy.
