I wouldn't. I like Votto, but he's going to be a UTIL start at best for you with Fielder around, and losing Kazmir is a downgrade in my eyes.

I would really like Sandoval and Votto, but I do agree with you. Kazmir is a big loss. Essentially, I am taking a hit in SP while gaining in C and UTIL... who knows, i might hit the next Cliff Lee!

It'd be a pretty fair trade...but doesn't make any sense for you. You don't really need either a catcher or 3B (sandoval) or a 1st baseman, so you'd be downgrading your pitching for no reason.
