Hi guys, I just wanted to see where I could improve my roster and what you thought of it.

C Ramon Hernandez
1B Adrien Gonzalez
2B Ian Kinsler
3B Aramis Ramirez
SS Troy Tulowitzki
2B/SS Mike Aviles
1B/3B Aubrey Huff
OF Josh Hamilton
OF Alfonso Soriano
OF Shane Victorino
OF Rick Ankiel
OF Justin Upton
Util Jordan Schafer
Bench Jed Lowerie
Bench Brett Gardner
DL BJ Upton
DL Joe Mauer

P Dan Haren
P Francisco Liriano
P Yovani Gallarado
P Javier Vazquez
P Matt Garza
P Clayton Kershaw
P Chris Carpenter
P Bobby Jenks
P Matt Lindstrom
Bench Ervin Santana - DL

I didn't draft this team, I made a pretty big trade earlier for a lot of guys:
Gave
Hanley Ramirez
Jeff Francoeur
Carlos Marmol
Ryan Zimmerman
Matt Wieters

Got
Josh Hamilton
Aramis Ramirez
Troy Tulowitzki
Matt Garza
Bobby Jenks

Point System:
Runs, HR, RBI, Steals, Average
ERA, K's, Wins, Saves, WHIP

I also picked up Aviles for Kelly Johnson through waivers.
So hit me with your critiques. I'm thinking of getting rid of Kershaw to try and pick up another reliever and I want to try and trade for Nelson Cruz somehow. Scott Baker is also on the waivers which is tempting me.

Offense-I like your offense great power/speed and no one that kills BA, I would question Herandez at C in a 10 teamer, but you do have Mauer on DL so he is a fill-in I take it, your bench is iffy but Schafer, Lowrie, Gardner may do okay. Aviles was a good pick up

Pitching-I like your starting pitching, but your RP is so so, Kersahw has too much upside to drp for a RP, maybe look to trade Carpenter/E. Santana for a closer and a lower tier SP

Gave
Hanley Ramirez
Jeff Francoeur
Carlos Marmol
Ryan Zimmerman
Matt Wieters

Got
Josh Hamilton
Aramis Ramirez
Troy Tulowitzki
Matt Garza
Bobby Jenks

on paper this trade looks bad on your end, but I do see how it benefitted especially your weak RP

Baker would be a great player to grab maybe for Gardner, since will be up from the DL next week and you don'y need that many bench OF.

Help with mine?

Hey there, thanks for the help with mine! My only suggestion might be to grab another solid starting pitcher. Honestly you would probably be ok without another one but just to be safe I might see who is available via the WW or through a trade. I would look to move Ervin Santana when he returns you could probably get a solid player back in return and I think he will see a big regression from last season's stats.

Baker or Escobar or Galerraga would make good additions to your staff.

This is a very solid team, top to bottom. Use that UT spot to cycle in whoever is hot. Mauer coming back helps you at C, but Inge is a good standby. One need you have is a closer, you may be light there, but you can fix that by paying attention during the season.

Thanks for your help with mine.

Ok I just offered Vazquez for Broxton 1 to 1, so we'll see how that goes.
