I'm still on the Howie bandwagon and believe he'd be a top 2B were it not for the health issues. He is the best hitter of the three IMO and I'd be starting him.

at this point I do agree unless you really need some power you could plug in jose over Kendrick but i still think Kendrick is the better overall player.
I like Felipe Lopez over both of the other guys. Kendrick is just not proven enough yet...but he can possibly start for you in the coming weeks. Jose Lopez would be last.
