he pitched the last out in the 8th with the Rays up 4 and stayed in for the 9th, thats why he got the save... there was no need to bring in Percival

Not the closer, but good to put on your watch list or if you have roster room pick him up. Percival because of age and recent history is an injury risk and Balfour could step in as closer. He will provide K's and good ratios for your team. Only pick him up if you have an expendable player. Don't drop anyone of value for him.
