MCab for Tex / C Davis

I'm giving up Tex / Davis. Is Adam Jones a viable option in the Util spot in a 12 teamer? I'd ask for another player back.. is Ludwick too much to ask? Could settle for Ibanez or a closer: Ziegler, Jenks, Lindstrom (I like having 5 closers)

I'm dropping Downs and/or Arredondo tomorrow when the FAs clear waivers.

seems like a bit much to give up for mcab. you should definitely ask for another player back in return

I don't like this deal at all. Your team looks pretty strong the way it is but there becomes a glaring weakness in your lineup the moment Jones takes over as your Util. He is at best a spot starter at this point so unless you get something back that can start for your team, you lose in this deal.
