When Ichiro comes back, I have to drop somebody. WHO?! I really need some help...
AND... when he does come back who do I put in the Utility spot? Ellsbury? Thome? Nady? Snider? Giambi? or Griffey? I'm at a loss!

I'm just repeating what others are telling you. I'd drop Griffey. And I'd move Thome to the bench. Though if it's H2H, you have the luxury of benching speed and AVG for power if you need it.
