Reddick has a world of upside, being a legit 5 tool candidtae. His speed is considered a plus, he has an above average arm that would play extremely well in CF, and his power is also considered a plus tool. The onyl thing hindering his ascent into Boston's OF is his lack of plate discipline this point in his career. He really struggled last year after being promoted to AA, as the advanced pitchers were able to exploit his aggressive tendencies. His arm is also good enough that he could man a corner OF slot, but a first division team like the Red Sox typically like to get more power from their corners than he profiles to be able to provide, hence my assertion that he profiles best, if he can manage it, as a CF prospect.
Hope this helps.....
