Where do I need to improve?

The lineup is strong, except for 3B and your MI positions. Those should be easy enough to fill throughout the year though. Pitching could be a problem - Kazmir is the only real ace out of that group that has the potential to win a lot of games. I don't think you can trust Verlander after his horrible year last year, and Buehrle/Weaver/Floyd are just unpredictable. I do like Slowey, and Oswalt is Oswalt. Nice RP's, could add a third.

Looks like you went after the speed aspect! Don't like Carlos Quentin. One good year and everyone is on his jock! I suggest keeping an eye on him early and then maybe packaging him for a pitcher who will get u wins. Oswalt, Verlander, and kazmir, stud strikeout pitchers, but have huge question marks.

Oswalt: Old, k numbers will decline. Astros team????
verlander: Will he ever rebound? is his arm tapped? Can the tigers get wins for him?
Kazmir: Can he pitch deep in games to get u wins? Will he hurt with walking guys.

I like Slowey. But i think u are hurting with floyd and Weaver also.

U need a solid unquestionable pitcher. I don't like the question marks. I have the same problem with my pitching staff, But i did that on purpose because, the good thing about pitching is that there will be so many pitchers available all season.

your only weakness is starting pitchers - all else is rock solid. you have a lot of depth at most hitting positions, so trading one for an ace won't hurt you much. when weiters rides a chariot of fire over the opposition, you can trade martin for sumtin' good

i'm a little worried about Kevin Gregg so i would try to get another closer just in case because Papelbon is great but you'll need more than just one solid closer. other than that pretty good.
