Is there anyway to find out how many SBs are taking against certain catcher and pitchers?

You can find catchers' defensive stats (including runners caught stealing) on ESPN here:
http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/stats/fielding?groupId=9&season=2009&seasonType=2&split=78&sortColumn=catcherCaughtStealingPct it allows you to check previous years too.
I thought Yahoo used to do some kind of weekly update on runner/catcher/pitcher matchups. Not sure if they will this year.
Unless CS count against you, I don't tend to matchup - players with the green light who rack up steals can do so in most situations.
Hope that helps a bit.
