Who would you rather have long term? My league counts OBP, which DeRosa has a historical advantage. Someone just released Zimerman and I have DeRosa.

I'd gamble on Zimmerman, though his upside is considerably less than we once thought it was.

I could also release maybin to make room instead of DeRosa. I like his upside, so I want to keep him, but I have my outfield solidly in place

Maybin is the better player, but DeRosa might have more position flexibility. I would lean to keeping the better talent, which is Maybin though.

Keep Maybin, drop DeRosa, pick up Zimmerman. Zimmerman is considerably younger and will be better in the long run,
I'm Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaack!!!!

I agree with dropping DeRosa for Zimmerman, if he's healthy he car really mash.

I guess the question should be: Pick 2 for THIS year out of Zimmerman, DeRosa, and Maybin, keeping position eligibility out of the decision

Zimmerman and Maybin. DeRosa is getting older and won't duplicate his Wrigley Field drivin' numbers from last year.
