Waiver Process Dilemma Please Help

Okay our FAAB periods begin Friday morning and ends Sunday Night. Typical FAAB $100 for free agents. Now the dilemma is those that were dropped for free agents in the FAAB or now on waivers. Our in season Salary Cap space not including the FAAB is $360, which is to be used on trades, waivers, minor league call ups.

Tony Pena has come available on the waivers and I would like to drop Figgins to get Pena, but to be fair should Pena remain on waivers until our next FAAB period Friday?
