I'm extremely high on Josh Johnson this year and I need another closer. Should I deal away Phillips and hope Bonifacio can keep it going?

That is a HUGE drop-off. I wouldn't do it.

i would NOT trade Phillips in that deal.
Francisco would help you at closer, but Johnson doesnt help you enough in the rotation to deal Phillips.
Bonifacio is just the flavour of the moment. he offers very little power and mostly just speed. he is at top the Marlins order right now, but could lose that to Maybin at anytime should he struggle. he is a huge drop off from Phillips who could return to his 2007 level.
if you want Johnson you could do a deal for him giving up Cliff Lee. i dont see him repeating last season and it would be nice to not have him.

I think it's a huge risk to assume Boni can keep it going the way he has. He'll definitely have SBs, but I see his bat falling off quite a bit. I wouldn't trade Phillips at this point (even tho I like JJohnson like you do)!
