One of those annoying questions. Help please.

So, I was talking with a leageumate, and he said he wants utley and beckett and wants t oget rid of CC. I'm trying to think, and i see no trade in which i can benefit from this. I was wondering if you guys could help out. The best I've managed barely even helps my team. Can you guys see a trade that would benefit my team?

I think you might have to get a 3rd team involved if you're to become trading partners.

Could you please explain how that works. I'm confused.

Honestly, there isn't a whole lot to do. None of the other team's players are as good as Utley. Beckett is an ace, and I see his value as more than general market value so I'd see if he can do a few more good starts before moving.

I think moving Utley and not getting a top 2B back will hurt you too much. If you're going to move Utley/Beckett and take back CC, you'd also need some offensive upgrades to make it benefit you. I'm not sure you could come out with a trade that you'd both accept. As you'd need a 2B, you'd probably want Derosa back (any good 2B on WW?). Some others on his team you could target for an upgrade: Fielder, ManRam & KRod.

Big offer (and I like Votto), but maybe Utley, Beckett, Votto, Villanueva, Damon/Upton for CC, Fielder, ManRam, Derosa and KRod?

Personally, I think CC is somewhat overrated. There is no way that I would give up 2 all stars for one Beckett being an ace and utley being a premier player. There is noway that u can afford to give up Utley and not get an allstar 2B back. I think u made the right choice in choosing not to trade. Your team is all ready studly so I dont see too many oppurtunities.

I see CC and Beckett as virtual equals. So, trading Utley, you need an equal back. But there also needs to be a 2B involved to get what you need. Maybe, Beckett, Utley, and Damon for Manny, DeRosa and CC. I see the downgrade from Utley to DeRosa as big, but the upgrade from Damon to Manny as being pretty big too. Like I said, I see Beckett and CC as virtual equals. CC may be a touch better. I'm not sure. That's the best trade I see out there for you...and I'm not just a huge fan of it, because it seems kind of silly to do it, but if you really want to do it, then there's something...

12 cat roto.

Nah i'm very high on votto. Thanks guys for confirming what I suspected. There' spretty much nothing for me to do. Honestly, the only position I even need is a top tier closer, IMO, and that isn't really a pressing need.
