There are just over three dozen players who hit a home run in their final major league at bat. Buck West was the first, more than a century ago. Which slugger was the last to accomplish this feat?

Well, the last player in the NL to do this was a Cub (Chico Walker, of all people), but an AL slugger went out with a homer as recently as 2000...
