12 team 5x5 roto, I've got the #2 WW priority and David Price just hit. I'd usually jump at him, but this early in the season there's also a chance another boneheaded manager will dump even more quality if they're off to a slow April. Should I wait and see if he clears? Am I over thinking it?
If I grab Price, who should I drop??

Thanks for your help with mine. Exactly what I wanted to know.
I agree with dropping Villanueva, although I think you might be better off just waiting. I think you're right about someone better getting dropped. Price is still young and might have a bit of a leash (and for all his talent, there will still be bumps in the road).

I've thought about this for awhile (okay, like 30 minutes, but whattever) and I think you gotta pull the trigger. Villinueva is the one to drop, IMO. At the very worse, Price's name value becomes nice late/mid-season trade value.
Rance Mulliniks, now theres a throw back name from the old Jays.
with closers of Jenks, Fuentes, Francisco, and Lindstrom having Villanueva isnt a must have. the limited number of saves he could have wont help as much as having the stats Price could give for the time he is in the majors.
5 closers is too many unless saves count a lot. Villanueva would be the one to drop but your SP is pretty solid as is and if someone gets impatient with a guy who starts slow a big bat might come your way.
With your closer depth Villanueva is definitely the guy to drop but I personally like your SPs so I might sit tight & wait to see if a quality player that can help your team more gets dropped.
