Yeah, Tek just hit one that made it's way around the Pesky Pole in right to stay fair. He also knocked James Shields from the ball game after the homer. I know it's only the first game, but he also made pretty solid contact earlier in the game on a couple of line outs and looks to have made some adjustments in his stance from the left side of the plate. I sure hope this is a sign of things to come for him after last years' debacle.

Is this the year that he is going to [figure it out / come back to a former peak]? I can see him punching out 25-30 home runs this year! Guys, it's a player update. Just because Tek hit a home run doesn't mean I'm going to go out and pick him up right away. Chill out, all I'm doing is mentioning that he hit one and saying that it looks to me like he's made some adjustments in his stance from the left side. That doesn't necessarily mean that everyone should go and get him right away, that's not what was intended here. Sorry if I ruffled some feathers by making mention of a home run!!!
