Someone in my league dropped Mauer. Is he worth a DL spot? Any thoughts on when he'd be back and contributing?

Definitely worth a spot, but who would you be dropping?

Is it a 2 catcher league? If so then you absolutely have to pick him up. Drop De La Rosa.

No, it isn't 2 catcher. Still think so?

Yeah I would definitely pick up Mauer and store him on your DL for now. I think he should be back by May, maybe a little sooner than that. But he's definitely miles better than Miguel Olivo. So That's what I would do right now if I were you.
