Well the 7th and 8th cleared up nothing, apart from the fact that Casilla is healthy.

well sure it does. it means that casilla is going to pitch meaningful innings, whether it be the 7th or 8th, or both. ziegler will be the closer unless he falters. but most people knew/suspected that since devine's injury.
