Team fantasy baseball??

A group of buddies are trying to come up with a league where we pick all 30 MLB teams. Have bonuses for wins, division titles, winning streaks etc.

We did something similar for the NCAA tourney where 1st round games were worth 2 bucks, 2nd round 5 bucks and so on. Bonuses were given to person with most teams in sweet 16 etc.

Anyone do anything like this or know where i can find a list of rules to use as a guide for what we are trying to do? Just looking for non-traditional type league.
