CBS help with Scoring periods

Postby neoforce » Mon Apr 06, 2009 10:52 am

I'm a first time commish on cbssports, doing ROTO, not head to head.

My scoring periods are set to being every Tuesday. I think that is just for displaying reports.

When I go to edit service time for a player, it shows this:

4/5/09 - 4/13/09:
4/14/09 onward:

So, in that case, it shows that 4/5 and 4/6 are part of the first week which is 9 days long.

But when I look at "my team" and click week 1 it shows:
4/5 4/6 4/7 4/8 4/9 4/10 4/11
and week 2 shows:
4/14 4/15 4/16 4/17 4/18 4/19 4/20

So April 12 and 13 don't appear. Is that just because the screen layout can't handle showing a 9 day week?

Again, I don't think this matters, the ROTO stats from all games will count. It just looks weird.
There are a few things with the New York Yankees that never change. That's pride, tradition, and most of all, we have the greatest fans in the world. -Derek Jeter, 9/21/08 -- last words from old Yankee Stadium

I think so, although if you go to their Help menu and ask a question, they're pretty good at responding within a day.
0-3 to 4-3. Worst choke in the history of baseball. Enough said.

If you have weekly transactions, it would make a differance. It should be set to the day when you change your rosters. If you have daily transactions, it makes no difference. Don't worry about the days being displayed at the top. Like you said, it is because it can't show 9 days. Sounds like you are in good shape to me.
