Liriano looked pretty good was getting up to 95 on the gun just hung a couple pitches and hit the fat part of the plate with the pitch to griffey. I think it was just a little rust but other then that looked pretty good

The division sucks. They have a chance. Not a great chance, but about a 1 in 7 chance. Hope springs eternal.

So did Liriano look bad or what?

Only 3 K's in 7 innings? I knew he wouldn't get the wins with Minnesota but was hoping for the K's.

Wondering the same thing, if his control wasn't spot on that's one thing (shake the rust off), but if his velocity/movement was missing then I will be nervous that he is not fully recovered.

From what I saw, he was throwing mostly fastball and chaneup. I only saw a few sliders. FB avg around 91. Contol was fine.
