I definitely don't think it's a no-brainer. You lose a top-of-the-line pitcher and a closer with no one waiting in the wings. You gain a top 3 2B, but I don't know if Tulo is a big upgrade over Ramirez. You lose Maybin who is potentially poised for a big season. Essentially, you'll be losing Peavy and Gregg to upgrade from O-Cab to Pedroia. I'm assuming Ramirez slides into center with Maybin's departure. I think Maybin's ceiling is higher than Ramirez's, so floor on that is a wash. Funny as it sounds, I don't think this helps your team too much.
I think it would suit your team better if you got a SP instead of Tulowitzki. Will give you an infield of Pedroia at 2B and Alexei at SS, and Carlos Gomez slides into centre.
I like the deal in general, because now you can trade Alexei for pitching, or Alexei + a pitcher for a better pitcher in return or somethin like that. And you solidify your second base and shortstop with great players.
