I have too many OF and wish I could have drafted CHart or JVotto. I guess I could use another C to make up C games or maybe a utility player like 2B/SS/3B/OF FLopez. I could stream SP. I don't mind using RP strategy for now.

No one sticks out really. I guess stocking up on SPs is always good. I like Sanchez and Parra of the availables you listed.

Would also pick up another SP for your team, one of Sanchez/Parra/Pelfrey.

Sanchez/Parra for high K upside.
Pelfrey for the best ratios.

If you have a free spot, pick up Jon Sanchez who is in for a huge rebound this season. Parra is the next best pitching option. Keep an eye on Snider and Hermida out of those free agents; I'd trade Vernon Wells to free up a space for Snider IMO.
