Why doesn't everyone pitch Howard like Lowe does

Lowe only throws sliders against Howard and Howard can do nothing with it. Watching that exchange was like watching a video game and finding a glitch in the game and using it against the computer. I thought the ump may actually tell Lowe to stop it. They threw up a stat which indicated Lowe's ownership of Howard and this is all he throws.

I know every pitcher cannot throw a slider, but if they can I would keep throwing it until he actually hit it.

Well, with 200 Ks, I think quite a few pitchers do pitch that way.

It's basically the way everyone pitched him in the playoffs/WS last year and I expect he'll get even more of it this year. Problem is that weaker pitchers don't have the command to consistently do it the way Lowe does, so they either hang a breaking ball or fall behind and have to throw fastballs.

Yeah, Lowe had great command of his pitches last night.

i was able to trade him for Ishikawa straight up...but it is hanging in limbo because people protested saying i was getting too much in return
