I'm only even considering this because it's a keeper league where players taken in the first 4 rounds are not keeper eligible, meaning Felix is eligible to be kept next year and Holliday is not. I also need to strengthen my pitching.

Yeah, I'm pretty much with you. He has Sabathia too but refuses to make him part of the deal. He's sent me 10-15 offers at this point and, believe it or not, this is the "best" one so far. He wants a top 15 player and won't give up more than Felix Hernandez to get him.
