He won't do that, unfortunately. I should also add this si a 12 team h2h standard 5x5 keeper league!
thanks

Definitely would not do it for Manny AND Mccan. I don't think you should anyway. You have plenty of power(rbi's, HR's) without Manny on your team and without Sabathia .. that leaves with you Liriano as your ace. Obviously, Manny would improve your team, but I don't think enough to give up Sabathia.

Help me out?

Maybe the best SP and the best C should get you alot more than Manny. You'd think you could get the number one OF at least.

help with mine

I don't know why you really want to trade Sabathia so badly...Liriano and Greinike are injury/mental risks. It would help if we knew what kind of league this is? Roto? H2H? Whats the scoring? I think you should target a Sizemore or Beltran for Sabathia but IMO your OF is pretty good already with Hamilton and Cruz. Your number 2 and 3 starters come with some worry(mentioned above) and the rest of your startes are very questionable. I don't think it's in your best intrest to trade away Sabathia right now.

After Hamilton and Cruz there is nobody really, i would like to beef up my batters as the last few years i've bveen pitcher heavy and have always finished in 5th-7th place! while I don't want to ignore pitching, i figure if i could go with a couple of average SP as in liriano and Grienke, i'll be ok. plus pitching is easier to obtain on the WW then a good bat. I just dropped Thames and Hoffpauir and picked up Hudson (DL), Matt LaPorta, and Anthony Reyes.

So i feel if i can trade Sabathia (or any other starter) for a good OF i should be ok.
