Needs: HRs. Also, your SP after Santana is questionable. You've got a lot of high risk/high reward guys. Are there any solid contributors on the WW? I would worry about your W's and injury replacements.

Surplus: SBs. You may have overindulged a bit here. Try to find out what wins SBs in a 12-team 5x5 league. To do this, find out your league's history and how many SBs won the cat last year. Compare that to your team's total projected SBs. This should give you an idea of who is expendable. Then try to trade one of your high SB guys for a high pwr guy.
