I think Milledge has the most upside. He's showing some good numbers in spring training and has the CF position locked up. I think he's going to get more steals due to his better plate discipline and getting on base. Dukes still has to prove some things and Jones.... go with Milledge.
I'd probably take Milledge first, then Adam Jones. They say Milledge is going to try and steal a crap ton more bases hitting lead off. I think Jones will break out too, Baltimore's lineup aint that bad.
Upton has the highest ceiling and could be good for massive power numbers as soon as this year. Jones is a great combo of power and speed and has solidified his spot. Milledge is there for now, but after a sluggish spring his PT is something to watch. Dukes' value has cratered because the Nationals were smart enough to go with Austin Kearns instead, ruining almost all of my fantasy teams. Looking back I would have drafted Jones more and Dukes less if I knew about this. Still, Dukes will eventually get his at-bats and produce nice power/speed if he doesn't murder someone in the meantime.
