Pick up Sean Marshall?

My league counts wins, saves, and holds and I keep hearing he may be a good sleeper. My pitching is questionable at best so I'm wondering if its worth the risk.

Right now I'd drop Span and pick up Marshall. Marshall should come with about 12 wins since he plays for the Cubs and his ratios are average to above average. Plus, he's a 5th starter so he won't be pitching against other team's top pitchers, however, his turn will be skipped some. He's a low end pitcher because of that.
