Last Pitcher Spot in Deep 5x5 NL Only League

I'm trying to decide between the following three pitchers. We set our lineups weekly, so obviously I can't change it up daily. First week is from today (Sunday the 5th) till Saturday.

Anibal Sanchez
Micah Owings
Odalis Perez

For this last Pitcher spot I'm really just trying to pick the guy who's going to hurt my ERA and WHIP the least. I'm leaning towards Anibal Sanchez right now.

I have both Owings and Sanchez and I would lean toward Sanchez.

Sanchez is your answer. Micah pitching in the hitters ballpark in Cincy will have an elevated ERA. Sanchez will have the more respectable ERA of the three.
