Well obviously dont do the trade. way too much for it. who else are his pitchers? post them here maybe you can do another trade. as for the FA pickup. you can try edwin jackson. He had a good start to the year last year, but then kinda faltered off towards the end. you can only hope for a decent start again and perhaps ditch him later on via trade or something. other wise nickblackburn could be decent.

Honestly, he has Lincecum and closers. I'm not a huge fan of Cliff Lee, but I would take him if Lincecum was somehow involved. It's tough, because he doesn't have Starting Pitching either! LOL!

See if you can't get Lincecum+2 lower end closers for MCab. 2 low end or 1 premium would make the trade worthwile, IMO, but he really doesn't have a premium arm.

Definately do not do that trade. WAAAAY to much for Lincecum, M-Cab is one of hte best at a thin position. Whynot try to trade for the tier down SP. Or look at the WW for some young sleepers like Anthony Reyes or Jonathon Sanchez.

What i would try is to trade Longoria for some pitching. MCab can take 3rd and you also have atkins who is also a 1b/3B player. Plus, i bet players like Butler, Kendry Morales, maybe Konerko, or ISHIKAWA!!! are there for FA pick ups that you can plug in for 1B.
