well with that trade i do gain sbs and BA but i would lose a projected 14 homers and 40 rbis by losing phillips/pena

I'd rather do Phillips and Pena for Gonzo and Roberts, as I see Pena in the category of one hit wonder (although his 08 was decent, not great)...but Gonz is an elite hitter. This easily increases your power and steals, and you don't have to give up any pitching.

Seriously though, I agree completely.
Lowell or Lowrie are pretty decent options, IMO. I think Lowrie is going to put up a pretty good year.

I'd rather have Kouz, than Mora personally. More upside, plus he was playing injured last year and should be better.

I don't see an RBI loss, and you'll end up losing a handful of homeruns going from Phillips to Roberts while gaining a lot of SB. And remember that the batting average for both guys you're getting should be much higher.
