Just Drafted how did I do

Hey guys just looking for some insight.

This is a 10 team standard 5x5 roto league. This is a money league, winner usually nets between $3000-4000.

We use 9 pitchers, no innings limit, 5 OF, 3 CI, 3 MI, 1 C, and 2 utility players, there is no bench.

I wanted to drafted a great pitching staff but as always I change my draft theory as it happens. We do a live in person offline draft, best way to do it in my opinion.

That being said, my pitching looks dreadful, I had pick 10.

I basically went with high upside pitchers and hope that I can compete enough and let my offense carry me.

So what to you guys think?

Just to you know I took Utley at 10, Sizemore at 11 , Crawford at 30, and Holliday at 31(I think I had to didn't I?) At pick 30, 12 pitchers had already left the board

Very good outfield, and really a good offense across the board. And I wouldn't worry about not getting a top 10 pitcher with pieces like Greinke and gallardo on the roster. I'm not a fan of Myers but Ubaldo should see significant improvement as a good young talent. Overall there aren't many warts and you had a great first 4 picks. Maybe another good closer and You'd be set.

Your team is pretty stacked, you obviously went with hitting and slacked off on drafting proven, quality pitchers. In a 10 team format if you just took it a little easier on the offense you could have built a really strong pitching staff. That being said, you have a bunch of nice young guys who have the potential to put up good numbers this year, my favorites being Slowey and Greinke. Brett Myers and Harang are decent, Harang will give you the k's while Myers will balance things out with a better ERA and whip. If Ervin Santana comes back healthy and can replicate or even come close to last years numbers you will be in good shape, if all else fails trade an outfielder. Good luck!
