Although Andy LaRoche has had a great spring, I think for now I'd still stick with Wood. I want to see LaRoche stay hot for more than just the spring. At least a month or so in the regular season before I trust fully that he's righted the ship.

Brandon Wood easily so long as he plays some SS. What you have there is a young Troy Glaus.
The best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be!

Andy LaRoche was widely considered the better prospect while he was coming up. Sickels had him as an A- (about 12 overall) and K. Goldstein of BP had him as a 5 star (14th overall in 2008). Brandon Wood was always a notch below him - B+ and 4 star.
In my fridge: Founders Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS), Central Waters Peruvian Morning, Bell's Batch 10,000, Dale's Pale Ale, Capital Brewery Amber, New Glarus Moon Man, and Guinness.

I like Andy LaRoche over Wood... LaRoche has at least shown sparks while hes been up in the bigs... wood on the other hand hasn't really shown me much, and like previously stated overall LaRoche has been graded higher then Wood... more value...

help me out...

LaRoche has a higher ceiling, plus they are giving him a chance right now. Better contact rate, while Wood has Whiffaholic tendencies.
