I personally like the Kemp side better, but don't see how you could accept. You will have a big hole in your lineup if you get rid of Ramirez. So unless there is a solid 2B/3B on the waiver, don't do it.
Help?

Same. Kemp better side of deal. But, not for your team. Who is available on WW at 2b or 3b?

I concur...the Kemp side is getting the better players, but for your team I would keep what I had. Who is on the WW for 2nd and 3rd? If you could pick up a decent replacement I would probably do the deal since bradley will most likely be injured at some point and it would be nice to have kemp there.

I was going to move DeRosa to 2b and pick up Lowell or Kouzmanoff for 3B

Looks very good from here, since Kemp is an elite talent while Ramirez isn't as good as advertised; plus you win the pitching swap as well because Weaver is too inconsistent.
