In a vacuum, I'd say the team getting Aramis/Burrell wins. That assumes std. 5x5 scoring and no particular positional/category needs on the part of either manager.

ARam side wins. Burrell and Konerko are basically the same player, but ARam is worth more then Victorino.

Ditto. team getting ARam (best player in deal) and Burrell, whose HR upside is 3-5 more than Konerko's, IF Konerko has a rebound. That said, if team losing ARam needs steals and has a solid 3B replacement, then all bets are off. Hard to say without seeing both rosters.
