Billingsley and Cordero for Haren?

I am trying to get Haren from someone in my league. We have spoken about Bills and F Cordero for Haren... Is this a fair trade, or am I giving up too much? WHIR thanks

Sounds good to me, since Haren is better than Bills and Cordero isn't a huge piece.
